酒店装修很漂亮，床很舒适。员工很热情解答和帮助。

离市中心的dam广场很近，离火车站步行七八分钟，非常方便。
房间较小，接待我的前台人员是个男的，说话太快，我没能完全听懂，也不想再问他，感觉不够亲切!

酒店的位置和設施都不錯，但前台的職員Martin態度傲慢、無理。故意刁難中國人，是我在歐洲旅行一個月中遇到的最差的人，也是我們在旅行- 當中最不愉快的經歷。

1.位置很方便，从火车站走过来不到10分钟。酒店附近就有租自行车的地方，离商业街也很近。 2.前台服务人员很专业，会附赠地图，并在地图上标识出著名的景点，方便了游客观光。 3.房间设计也很现代，各种设备都很齐全，包括电熨斗和烫衣板。
